Collaborator for our Service Operation Centre (100%)
Your principal tasks:
- Coordination of the implementation of new roaming connections in close collaboration with our international customers' relevant roaming management divisions worldwide
- Coordination, monitoring and checking of customers' technical end to end tests
- Negotiation of supplementary contracts and contract amendments for voice/data roaming and additional services
- Execution of new roaming services and products
- Administration and maintenance of existing roaming contacts
- Resolution of customer complaints
Your ideal profile:
- Communicative personality and reliable
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Technical flair and the will to gain expertise in our products
- Commercial knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English language (other language skills are a plus)
- Role model with the ability to lead and motivate
- Ability to work and perform under pressure with effective time management skills
- Self starter, positive attitude and flexible

Operation Engineer
Your principal tasks:
Preparation, realisation, testing and documentation of configuration and changes of software in the network. Realisation of standards, new services and technical support are also a part of the tasks, as is the pro-active monitoring of network configurations and the handling of trouble ticket cases. The work is SUN, Linux and Microsoft orientated, utilising the technologies of INET real-time monitoring, SS7, signalling over IP, IPsec, Roaming etc.
Your ideal profile:
A completed technical degree (TS/FH) and a good knowledge in network technologies are expected. Familiarity with GSM roaming and SS7 Signalling Protocol (MAP) is advantageous and a readiness to be on stand by for emergency duties is a must. A good knowledge of English and German (written and oral) is required.

Sales Support Assistant
Your principal tasks:
- Issuing and adapting of offers on behalf of sales for all services
- Contact person regarding inquiries, offer requests and questions
- Handling of new agreements
- Placing of internal orders (Ticketing System)
- Contact person during the absence of Sales Directors
- Issuing of mailings on behalf of Sales Directors
- Updating of official sales documents, together with Product Management
Your ideal profile:
We are seeking a communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment. You have a commercial based education, professional skills in MS Office and a technical flair; Telecom and IT knowledge would be an advantage. A quick comprehension and experiences in the range of sales support/sales assistance are desired. You are based in Switzerland and between 22 and 30 years old. Excellent spoken and written English is an essential requirement; other languages would be advantageous.
