Training in Nigeria
In mid October, Comfone's Senior Technical Consultant
Manuel Lopez and Peter Rippstein, Vice President International
Sales, travelled to meet at MTN Nigeria, located
in Lagos, to deliver a specially tailored 5-day training program.
MTN Nigeria is a highly valued Comfone customer
since several years, using Comfone’s world wide SS7 signalling
and GCS platform roaming services; more lately also Comfone’s
SMS Interworking, while additional solutions are currently under
review.
The specific focus of the Comfone global roaming
training was to provide the selected audience with an update on
all matters, directly and indirectly related to the crucial and
wide field of international roaming management, new strategies,
methods and future trends. During their 5 days stay with MTN,
Manual Lopez and Peter Rippstein were impressed by the high motivations
and ambitions of the seminar attendees. The training was productive
and successful, not least due to the dedicated and active participation
of MTN's staff.
