Comfone's Technical Operations Team (TC-OP)

Comfone would like to present our TC-OP team to all Customers, in order to introduce you to the people you may be in contact with when requiring assistance in Comfone service handling.
Service fulfillment, assurance and billing at a technical level are provided by specialists from Comfone’s Technical Operation. TC-OP handles technical implementation of all services (fulfillment), all 2nd level troubleshooting, maintenance and restoration, and performance issues (assurance), and ensures all relevant data collection and measurement (billing). Also, TC-OP implements and maintains all systems/platforms used in providing Comfone’s services.
TC-OP main tasks:
Technical implementation of all Comfone services:
- IR 21 Updates
- Signalling planning tasks
2nd level support:
- Service troubleshooting, Maintenance and Restoration
- Network and routing problem handling
Systems/platforms handling:
- Planning and operation engineering
- Implementation and operation
- Monitoring and optimisation (availability, usage, performance)
Customer specific projects:
- Technical feasibility
- Implementation and operation
