Comfone’s first regional training held in Singapore

For the very first time Comfone has carried out an open training session from one of our regional offices. This time, training was for our Asian customers and it was carried out from our regional office in Singapore.

Our goal is to give regional training sessions from every Comfone office around the world, including Sweden, Slovenia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, USA and Brazil. In this way, customers benefit from Comfone’s expertise and services without the need to travel far away from home.

Participants from Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam and Timor joined the four days training where they profited from a packed agenda. The target of our instructors is to give our customers an overview about the roaming business and know-how for each specific topic involved in the roaming process.

Comfone has held training sessions for customers since the last four years from our headquarters in Bern, Switzerland, as well as customised roaming training in-house at customer’s offices upon request. This year, Comfone has begun our new program of holding open training sessions in the ‘regions’. Regional training sessions will be open to all participants on subscription.
