ITU Telecom World 2003, Geneva, Switzerland:

Mr. Walter Heutschi, President of the Board of Directors and CEO of Comfone AG, and Ms. Géraldine Philippe, Executive Vice President of the Board, welcomed His Majesty the King of Spain, Mr Pascal Couchepin, President of the Swiss Confederation, and Mr Yoshio Utsumi, Secretary-General, ITU, as the first visitors at their booth at ITU Telecom World on 11th October in the Palexpo Arena in Geneva. An hour earlier ITU Telecom World 2003 had officially been opened with great pomp at the Ribbon Cutting and Inaugural Ceremony, where the dignitaries had spoken accompanied by a brass band and honour guards.



Mr. Pascal Couchepin, President of the Swiss Confederation, King Juan Carlos of Spain and Mr. Yoshio Utsumi, Secretary General of the ITU, meet Mr. Heutschi, President of the Board of Directors and CEO of Comfone AG.

Mr. Heutschi commented that he felt, "proud to welcome the three dignitaries to the TOGEWA booth and honoured to have had the opportunity to speak with them." The group spent a number of minutes discussing together in TOGEWA Holding's stand where Comfone and TOGEWAnet are jointly exhibiting their services, while the world's press gathered around to take photographs and report on the prestigious event. He went on to explain the nature of the services provided by Comfone and TOGEWAnet's WeRoam® service, both companies of TOGEWA Holding, and expressed his delight at once more attending the all-important telecoms exhibition and forum.
