Voting was especially keen regarding the issue of future attendance of BARG at the recent meeting held in Cavtat, Croatia, in June.

One focus of the meeting was to ensure that operator representatives at BARG were fully committed to, and active in, discussions and decision making concerning BARG issues that affect the entire telecommunications industry.



With almost 200 attendees present, Comfone and EDS enjoyed a very successful launch of their new partnership in the fields of Data and Financial Clearing. Stepping out together at our first joint event gave both Comfone and EDS the opportunity to explain how our partnership offers customers the chance to benefit from our joint strengths.



The three day meeting was interspersed with two very enjoyable evenings. The Comfone/EDS sponsored outing took all attendees on a boat trip along the Dalmatian coast to Dubrovnik, followed by a walking tour of Croatia's beautiful city.



After exploring Dubrovnik's many delightful alley-ways, the group ended the evening at a traditional Croatian restaurant where much eating, drinking and dancing took place.
