Comfone Service Level Agreement guarantees the highest grade of service.

Comfone GRX follows the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements defined by the GSMA (IR.34). The Quality of Service requirements are continuously updated according to GSMA specifications.

Comfone GRX currently supports a single QoS, which is defined by the following service performance levels:

• Service availability
• Packet throughput ratio (Packet Loss)
• Round trip delay

Comfone will migrate the GRX service on to MPLS in early 2005. This will introduce additional QoS levels to support the provision of future services, such as VoIP.
