We manage the service from end-to-end.
Comfone GRX provides end-to-end responsibility for the operational support of our service. This includes management of the access lines and access routers.
Network Management Centres are located in USA and Belgium and
provide around the clock, 24 hours a day network management and
support. These global customer care and network management centres
monitor the whole network and take appropriate action if necessary.
Regular monitoring of the network allows customers to remain informed of required upgrades or expansions required and to scale the bandwidth according to traffic volume.
