Network monitoring & customer care

Constant network monitoring and management guarantees our customers a fast response time to any network problems experienced.

Comfone's Network Operation Centre, NOC, is responsible for the constant monitoring of our network to ensure round the clock management of our network for our signalling customers. The NOC team specialises in technical issues relating to our signalling network and guarantees a response time of within one hour for all critical issues.

Contactable by phone, fax or email 24 hours a day, all year round, for emergency cover and support, the team is significantly enhances our roaming services. Sophisticated alarm tools prioritise calls to ensure quick repair times.

Comfone Customer Care team are available on all working days between the hours of 0700-2100 (CET) to handle all non-emergency issues.
