Widespread international roaming
Our IRP (International Roaming Platform) offers the ability to continually increase the number of international roaming partners without the need for continual investment. As additional networks connect to the IRP, the signalling required to roam with them is implemented simply in the platform.

A cost-effective solution
By outsourcing to Comfone, customer resources are freed that are otherwise be required for setting up roaming agreements. Only one agreement is required with Comfone for a multitude of roaming relations. The cost of the service is recouped very quickly through additional revenue from international roaming and other subscriber services. Furthermore, interfacing to the international SS7 network, worldwide signalling access is granted as part of the service, including ITU/ANSI conversion as option.

Rapid implementation
Setting up bilateral roaming agreements can often take months to complete. By comparison, Comfone GCS can be operational within a number of weeks. Where the selected roaming partners are already connected to the platform, the interconnection can be carried in a matter of days for priority relations. Comfone's existing roaming relationships, our service organisation and in-house experience makes it possible to establish new roaming relations in parallel. In the same time it would normally take you to establish just one new roaming contract and execute all appropriate tests, we can deliver all the ones you wish.
