Comfone Twin is based on a SIM card with two different IMSIs - one from the Twin operator and the other from Swisscom Mobile. Subscribers of an operator that is a Twin customer benefit from Swisscom Mobile’s extensive international roaming coverage and gain immediate roaming access in countries where the Twin operator has not yet established roaming.

With Comfone Twin mobile subscribers do not need to change their telephone numbers. They can be reached anywhere under their usual number. Included in Comfone Twin is an enhanced data clearing service that allows the Twin operator to monitor high usage to detect potential fraud cases. The Twin operator keeps full control of the billing stream and can provide the subscribers with one single bill.
