team significantly enhances our roaming services by working with
sophisticated monitoring, alarm and support tools.
Network Operation Centre can be contacted for
technical customer enquiries between the business hours from 0700
- 2100 (CET) by telephone, fax or email. For problem reports outside
business hours your call will be forwarded to the on-call duty
engineer.
