ConneXion Miami

In November, the Comfone team travelled to sunny Miami for our regional ConneXion event. It was a pleasure to meet a large number of customers from across North, Central and South America, as well as the rest of the world.

We were delighted to host not one but two panel discussions for the first time ever. We welcomed a range of industry experts, including Alejandro Martinez from Personal Argentina, Natalie Sanchez Lara from Telefonica, Eric Woody from Union Wireless, Marcos Estevo from Anatel, Kathleen Leach from T Mobile, Shannon Chevier from Evolve Cellular, and Allen Bennion from RINA Wireless. The panel discussions were moderated by Comfone’s very own Luiz Melo and Randall Peterson.

Our two day event focused around hot industry topics including the new roaming ecosystem, 5G, M2M, Private Networks and new innovations, with some academy sessions on BCE and cash flow.

Alongside these comprehensive sessions, the ConneXion attendees took advantage of our networking opportunities, enjoying time away from the meeting room and sampling the sights and tastes of Miami.

With a party at a luxury rooftop bar, the opportunity to enjoy lunch on the beach, as well as an artists’ tour of the famous Wynwood area and a breezy and lively al-fresco dinner overlooking the ocean there really was time to combine business and pleasure!
