Comfone is an associate member of the GSMA which represents the interests of the worldwide mobile communications industry. Comfone actively contributes to all relevant GSMA committees such as IREG, TADIG, BARG and Open Connectivity. It has editorship for several permanent reference documents and chairmanship of a subcommittee.

Comfone is a member of the Wireless Broadband Alliance and contributor to the setting of the WLAN roaming standards. Comfone is an active participant in joint field trials, as leader of projects and as contributor to the setting of WRIX specifications.

Comfone is a member of the WiMAX Forum and an active contributor to the Global Roaming Working Group. It has initiated and co-authored a white paper on roaming models with WiMAX and is a participant in industry field trials.

Comfone is a member of the Mobile Entertainment Forum. With its role in the MEF, Comfone is committed to defining and promoting the best practice recommendations and industry guidelines for the mobile industry.
