Comfone's NOC engineers provide around the clock network monitoring and management for all Comfone solutions and services. This guarantees customers a fast response time. The NOC acts as the single point of contact for technical matters for our customers worldwide.
Comfone's Network Operation Centre can be contacted for technical customer enquiries between the business hours from 0800 - 2000 (CET) by telephone, fax or email. For problem reports outside business hours your call will be forwarded to the on-call duty NOC engineer.

Service Operation Centre (SOC)
Comfone's Service Operation Centre specialists provide customer care and roaming management for our global customer base.
The SOC team is the single point of contact for all roaming coordination and administration matters plus SIM card handling, remote IREG testing and Signalling Planning matters.
