Your principal tasks:

• Monitoring of international SS7 signalling network
• Support (1st Level) for international customers via telephone and email
• Locate and solve problems by means of monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Coordination of service troubleshooting worldwide (fault management)
• On-call duty service to internal and external parties within the ranges of Signalling (SS7) and Roaming Management for the services GPRS, SMS, MMS, GCS (Global Cellular Service), Key2Roam, wVoIP, WeRoam
• Jointly responsible for the development and monitoring of NOC processes

Your ideal profile:

We are seeking a communicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment and empathy to achieve on-call duty service. You have a basic technical education and are skilled in IT or telecommunications. Quick comprehension as well as experience in the range of customer care and customer assistance is desired. Mother tongue: German or English (excellent spoken and written English is an essential requirement); other languages would be advantageous. You are based in the region of Bern.
