See below for answers to frequently asked questions about Comfone's Key2roam Service.
Are my Roaming Relations on Key2roam tested before they are launched?
Yes, quality counts to us as much as it does to you. Before we launch any Roaming Relation Comfone will do remote testing of your roaming relation on your behalf. Alternatively, some Comfone members are supporting the Quick Launch feature and relations are commercially launched before testing and potential troubleshooting has been completed by Comfone.

Since Comfone also acts as the FCA agent for Key2roam we provide you with a single, GSMA certified multi-network invoice each month. Additionally we net-off the total amounts owed by you and owing to you for your Key2roam HPMN and VPMN traffic respectively. Thus, your settlement process for all your Key2roam traffic is simplified to a single netted amount.

I've heard that Key2roam uses a different TADIG code to the one that I currently have? How do I manage two TADIG codes? Does this complicate life for my billing and settlement team?
There's no need for you to worry about this, you will receive all your TAP/RAP files with your principal TADIG code. You only need to ensure implementing the Key2roam Partner's (alias) TADIG code. Comfone will provide you with the required information as part of the implementation documentation and will look after the entire Alias TADIG code process.
What services are supported by Key2roam?
Key2roam support voice / SMS as well as GRPS / 3G roaming. After a one off implementation process we can remotely test and launch your voice / SMS and GPRS / 3G roaming relations via our roaming hub.
