Access to your financial data
As part of Comfone’s Key2roam Platform, the Pulse App “Customer Account” offers users a detailed insight into financial data related to services currently contracted with Comfone. The app offers a simple overview of the current balance, and all issued invoices and transferred payments. Users also gain access to the PDF version of each service invoice and service contracts.
The Customer Account provides a consolidated overview of the different service accounts including Signalling, GRX, Data Clearing, Financial Clearing and Key2roam Hub. In addition, users have access to the current and estimated balance in the preferred reference currency plus an overview of the payment status of all service invoices.
