Single agreement (AA.73) – how many agreements do you currently have to keep track of with your direct connections? Are they all up-to-date? You have AA.12s, AA.13s and many more, but with Key2roam Hub, we take care of everything with a single agreement – the AA.73 that grants you access to all Key2roam Hub 480+ networks. This means that there is no need to involve your legal team all the time.
Simplified IREG and TADIG testing – at Comfone, we know that testing can be complex and long lasting, subject to your Roaming Partner’s availability and having to queue in their endless implementation and testing pipeline. However, with Key2roam Hub, we perform simplified IREG and TADIG testing for you, saving you time.
Single point of contact – in order to maintain global coverage, you probably have multiple contacts that change frequently, living in different time zones and speaking different languages. Our Key2roam Hub team manage these complex relationships for you. You receive a single point of contact in the same time zone as you. Our relationships with our roaming partners have been maintained over years, we work with them on a daily basis and are extremely positive, so you can rest assured that we will be looking after your best interests.
Independent and neutral – our position always remains independent and neutral, as we do not have any affiliations to any group or operator. This means that we look after your best interests, and never steer you to choose a certain operator over another. Simplified settlements – we often hear from our customers that looking after multiple settlements with multiple contacts that often change is one of their biggest challenges, especially when we also throw in the different time zones and languages. With Key2roam Hub, we offer you a simplified settlement solution. You need only one settlement with the usage of MNI (Multi Network Invoice).
Simplified DIOT agreement – you might currently have a large number of different DIOT templates, different for each roaming partner and with multiple pages that need to be carefully reviewed by your legal Team However, with Comfone’s Key2roam Hub, we keep things simple with a one page Key2roam Hub IOT template.
Simplified Data Roaming configuration – Key2roam Hub provides one unique IP range for all Key2roam Hub community, simplifying the data roaming configuration. It´s a one-time configuration in your side. We take care of the IP backbone maintenance afterwards.
Instant self-service outbound roaming testing – we know that testing can be a long and complex process, usually available only upon your roaming partner’s availability, it can be very difficult to find a time that works for everyone. Key2roam Hub has a smart solution to this problem, thanks to our QLab app. Powered by Mobileum, it allows for instant self- service outbound roaming testing.
One test SIM card exchange – with Key2roam Hub, you only have to do one test SIM card exchange, and we take care of the rest.
