I really enjoy my job working as part of Comfone's NOC team because every day provides new challenges to overcome on behalf of our customers. We are exposed to a wide range of companies and different situations, keeping the job fresh and interesting.

What we do

Our team is the first point of contact for our customers. We monitor all of Comfone's systems and infrastructures and can connect with any of our customers. Put simply, we ensure that Comfone provides a reliable, robust, resilient and fully end-to-end service for our customers.

Where we are 

The majority of the NOC team are based in Bern where our HQ is located. As we want to provide the best possible support for our customers, we also have an engineer in USA and one in Indonesia so we are able to follow the sun.

How we work 

We are a small but efficient team. This allows us to get to know our customers better to provide the support needed. We always put the customer first, and the level of expertise within the team means that we are able to help with any specific requirements for each and every customer.
