Genesis

In 2023 ePayments, which is part of our Financial Clearing offering, was voted as the Most Innovative Solution. The initiative involved the full roaming industry, with voting inputs from MNOs worldwide, the participating audience (including competitors) and a jury.

ROCCO

Top Performer in Data Clearing, Financial Clearing, BCE

In 2025, Comfone were thrilled to receive recognition from ROCCO as one of the Top Ten vendors to watch across all services. The ROCCO 25 report says of Comfone:

“Comfone is one of the few vendors that has consistently been one of the top ten vendors to watch in ROCCO’s annual reports. In our latest report that covered data, financial clearing house (DCH, FCH) and BCE, Comfone managed to be the top performer in all categories. Specifically, MNOs have primarily acclaimed Comfone’s ability in 5G SA and M2M support and BCE standards compliance. Additionally, it has been one of the top IPX providers in the 2024 edition. Specifically, operators view Comfone as excellent in offering excellent value-added services (VAS) and operational support.”

Kaleido Intelligence

In 2025, Kaleido Intelligence performed a roaming vendor assessment, covering 79 vendors in the roaming ecosystem. This extensive research was conducted over a 5 month period with the goal of enabling the industry to understand the various types of Mobile Roaming players and product-related strengths. Their competitive intelligence assessment is the most detailed product assessment carried out in the roaming industry, and Comfone were pleased to achieve the position of Number 1 Roaming Hubs Vendor. Derek Moser says of the findings:

Juniper Research

In the Telco Innovation Awards 2021, Juniper Research announced Comfone as a winner in the Enterprise telco innovation section for our Key2roam Hub. We were thrilled to receive a Platinum award as a result of our company successes.
