Genesis

In 2023 ePayments, which is part of our Financial Clearing offering, was voted as the Most Innovative Solution. The initiative involved the full roaming industry, with voting inputs from MNOs worldwide, the participating audience (including competitors) and a jury.

ROCCO

In 2021 Clearing research report from ROCCO emphasised Comfone as both a FCH and DCH leader with the highest score within the industry. We were delighted to receive some extremely complementary feedback from our customers, listed below:

Kaleido Intelligence carry out research surveys and intelligence reports through direct operator feedback and detailed vendor analysis.

We are pleased to report that Comfone received the highest scores for all core services in the last 3 years.

We were ranked as one of the top scorers, receiving ‘Champion’ status for all core services. This includes IPX, Data and Financial Clearing and Roaming Hub with our Key2roam Hub.

In the Telco Innovation Awards 2021, Juniper Research announced Comfone as a winner in the Enterprise telco innovation section for our Key2roam Hub. We were thrilled to receive a Platinum award as a result of our company successes.
