In May 2025, we were delighted to welcome guests from all over the world to Comfone’s second city for 3 days of conferences, panel discussions, plenaries and workshops. The event was designed to maximise networking opportunities, with dedicated sessions planned alongside some lively evening events for our guests to enjoy. ConneXion brings together what belongs together, so thank you to everyone who came for making it such a memorable 3 days!
ConneXion 2025 saw a large number of industry experts sharing their knowledge on a range of hot industry topics. From Travel eSIM to BCE 2.0 to 5G SA, all sessions were carefully crafted to relate to each other and showcase the roaming ecosystem in its entirety. We are proud to host ConneXion as a chance for thought leaders to get together and compare insights, and discuss details which will shape our industry in the future.
Our Academy workshop sessions gave opportunities for our guests to gain important knowledge on the finer points of new topics, alongside learning some handy tips and tricks to get the most out of their roaming services.
Our guests also enjoyed 4 vibrant evening events, with opportunities for more networking, along with unwinding and having a lot of fun after busy days at the conference! With experiences ranging from rooftop bars to Greek plate smashing to karaoke, there was something for everyone!
2023
In 2023, Comfone welcomed its largest-ever overseas ConneXion audience in Bangkok, bringing together delegates from around the world for three days of conference sessions, partner presentations, workshops and networking.
During the event, we announced the opening of our first office outside Switzerland, located in the heart of Bangkok. Industry experts from leading organisations joined a panel discussion exploring the challenges and opportunities of the evolving roaming ecosystem, while conference sessions focused on the future of roaming, the Key2roam Platform and other key industry topics.
Customers and partners also shared their expertise through presentations and technical sessions, before the event concluded with an Academy Training Day covering 5G roaming, the GSMA InfoCentre and other industry developments.
Alongside the conference programme, attendees enjoyed a variety of networking events across Bangkok, creating opportunities to strengthen relationships while experiencing the city’s vibrant culture.
